All FIRST LEGO League teams are invited to attend a qualifier, where they may earn a spot in further competitions. Your qualifier is a one-day event where you'll participate in judging in the morning and robot games in the afternoon.

FLL Challenge has three levels of competition: qualifier, semifinal, and championship. A small portion of top teams from each qualifier will win a Golden Ticket, which gives them entry directly to the Championship. Another portion of top teams will win a Silver Ticket, which gives them entry to the Semifinals and a second chance to earn a spot at the Championship. A total of 64 teams will compete at the NYC Championship.
